  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and answering any questions customers may have.
  3. Help customers find products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping checkout areas tidy.
  6. Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and sales initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for both customers and employees.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve job performance.
  13. Be a brand ambassador for H-E-B by representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  14. Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager to contribute to the overall success of the store and customer satisfaction.
