  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.
  4. Handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Adhere to company safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and team members.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive customer data with care.
  14. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Assistant At H-E-B Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.

  • Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. A Customer Service Assistant Must Be Able To Accurately Process Transactions, Handle Cash, And Ensure That All Customer Requests Are Fulfilled.

  • Team Player: H-E-B Values Teamwork And Collaboration, And A Customer Service Assistant Must Be Able To Work Well With Others. This Includes Being Able To Take Direction From Managers, Communicate Effectively With Team Members, And Support The Overall Goals Of The Store.
