  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information on products, services, and store policies.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the customer service department.
  7. Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to, safety, security, and confidentiality.
  8. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer service experience by implementing innovative ideas and suggestions.
  9. Assist with cashier duties as needed, including processing payments, handling cash, and accurately counting and reconciling money.
  10. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Multitask and prioritize tasks to efficiently handle customer needs while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
  14. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the customer service manager or store manager.
