
Digital Marketing Specialist
Manage direct marketing campaigns that drive business results for assigned merchants and programs. Includes campaign planning, execution, and measurement for all direct-to-customer channels. Including Catalina, Email, Direct Mail. Potential for SMS and push notifications. Responsible for leading each campaign through the direct marketing process while ensuring that it’s on time and on budget. Develops campaign segmentation strategy, including identifying key customer segments, developing contact strategy, and A/B testing on content, coupons, promotions, and creative optimization. Collaboration with coupon team for offer strategy, setup, execution, and redemptions.
5+ years of direct marketing experience
Experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud is a plus
Experience in retail/ecommerce preferred
