Provides Team Leaders technical training, coaching, and developmental opportunities. Uses performance measurements (Partner retention, injury rate, timeliness of performance feedback, Partner feedback) to provide performance feedback to Team Leaders. Proactively identifies and remains actively involved in critical situations that can impact operations and service to customers. Performs demand forecasting, monitors Partner retention and determines appropriate staffing levels. Sets expectations and goals related to the facility-s key performance indicators.
