Leads Industrial Facility Maintenance team (Technical and Team Leaders, technicians, and foremen). Hires, sets expectations for, and monitors exempt and non-exempt Partners. Leads preparation of annual zero-based maintenance budgets for each industrial facility and division; helps gain approval from senior management.
