Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting role that combines customer service and grocery shopping? H-E-B is looking for an In Store Shopper to join our team and help provide a positive shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will use your knowledge of grocery products to select items for customers’ orders, package the order for delivery, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an In Store Shopper, you will also be able to demonstrate a passion for food and grocery products. We are looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.If you have the required qualifications and the desire to help H-E-B provide a positive customer shopping experience, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Select items for customer orders according to their preferences and H-E-B standards.
  2. Package orders for delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
  4. Demonstrate a passion for food and grocery products.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment independently and with minimal supervision.
  6. Ensure accuracy and quality of orders.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
