They should be a self-starter, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate should also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.At H-E-B, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. As an In Store Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selecting and packing grocery orders, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. You will also be responsible for helping keep the store clean, organized, and safe.If you are an energetic and organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Select and pack grocery orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Deliver orders on time.
  4. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe.
  5. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues.
  6. Lift up to 50 pounds.
  7. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Follow all health and safety protocols.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  10. Remain up to date on product knowledge.
