Job Description

Are you a customer service-oriented individual looking to make a difference in the lives of shoppers? H-E-B is the perfect place for you! We are looking for an In Store Shopper to join our team. As an In Store Shopper, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service by efficiently and accurately selecting groceries and delivering them to customers’ cars. You will be a valued part of our team and will help us meet our goal of providing an enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. To excel in this role, you should have a friendly and courteous attitude, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. You should also be an efficient problem solver and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. If you’re excited to help shoppers make their shopping experience easy and pleasant, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude towards customers.
  2. Efficiently and accurately select groceries for customers.
  3. Deliver groceries to customers' cars.
  4. Provide superior customer service.
  5. Solve customer issues and questions.
  6. Ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  7. Maintain an eye for detail.
  8. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
