You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure security testing is comprehensive, efficient, and effective.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical understanding of information security and penetration testing as well as knowledge of industry best practices and security frameworks. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a self-starter, and have a passion for making an impact in the organization’s security posture.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in information security, network security, or penetration testing- 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role- Experience with automation/scripting (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash)- Working knowledge of the latest security testing tools and techniques - CISSP, OSCP, or other security certifications - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (when needed)
