3. Investigate and resolve incidents of theft or fraud
4. Identify suspicious activity and take appropriate action
5. Implement security and safety measures to prevent loss
6. Maintain knowledge of all safety and security policies and procedures
7. Provide excellent customer service to customers
8. Maintain a high degree of accountability
9. Gather evidence and document all incidents of theft or fraud
10. Conduct safety and security audits
11. Work with local law enforcement to respond to incidents
12. Assist with investigations and apprehend suspects as needed
13. Have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
