Loss Prevention Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor all store activities for potential theft and suspicious behavior.
2. Investigate and document any instances of theft or suspicious behavior.
3. Develop and implement strategies to prevent losses to stores.
4. Educate store staff on proper security protocols and procedures.
5. Collaborate with store management to ensure that all security protocols are followed.
6. Maintain accurate records of all security procedures and incidents.
7. Respond to all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Regularly inspect the store for any security vulnerabilities.
9. Remain up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies.
10. Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.
