Manager Corporate Safety

Supervises the RM Safety and Project Supervisors as well as manage the entire RM Safety Staff. Researches and analyzes all available loss information to recommend the most effective use of resources to upper management. Designs, develops, & implements accident & loss prevention guidelines/programs and specialized training processes for H-E-B Partners. Reviews and updates all existing programs and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance and effectiveness. Coordinates with the Corporate Hazmat Coordinator to in the implementation of the H-E-B Hazmat program. Coordinates the Risk Management/Safety Web Site to reflect all H-E-B Safety and Training programs. Coordinates with H-E-B Business Continuity Program Coordinates with all safety related regulatory agencies to satisfy standards and requirements through compliance. Coordinates with the property insurance carrier regarding fire protection systems and additional property conservation measures.
