- Stock and replenish shelves and displays with merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all items are accurately priced and labeled.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, checking for any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Follow company procedures for organizing and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and prevent product expiration.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, locating products, and addressing any customer concerns.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
- Be knowledgeable about store layout, product locations, and promotions to assist customers and maximize sales.
- Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: The Primary Responsibility Of An Overnight Stocker At H-E-B Is To Restock Shelves And Ensure The Store Is Ready For The Next Day. This Requires Being Able To Work During The Late Hours Of The Night And Early Morning.
Strong Organizational Skills: As An Overnight Stocker, You Will Be Responsible For Organizing And Restocking Thousands Of Products. This Requires The Ability To Maintain A Well-Organized And Efficient Work Process.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Involves Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes And Products. Candidates Must Be Able To Stand, Bend, And Lift For Extended Periods Of Time.
