1. Stocking Shelves: Responsible for restocking and organizing shelves with products to ensure that they are fully stocked and easily accessible for customers.
2. Product Rotation: Ensure that products are rotated according to expiration dates and store policies to maintain freshness and quality standards.
3. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management in a timely manner.
4. Receiving Deliveries: Unload and unpack deliveries, check for accuracy and quality, and stock products on shelves in a timely manner.
5. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and answering any questions or concerns.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance: Responsible for keeping the aisles and shelves clean, organized, and free of any hazards. Also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to management.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service.
8. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
9. Time Management: Work efficiently and accurately to complete tasks within designated time frames, and prioritize tasks as needed to meet store needs.
10. Flexibility: Willingness to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
