As an Overnight Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready to serve our customers each morning.   1. Stocking shelves and ensuring products are organized and easily accessible for customers.
  2. Unloading and sorting incoming shipments of products.
  3. Maintaining inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  4. Checking for damaged or expired products and removing them from shelves.
  5. Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while handling products.
  6. Working efficiently and accurately to meet daily stocking quotas.
  7. Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  9. Assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items.
  10. Communicating any stocking or inventory issues to management.
  11. Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move products.
  12. Following company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Being punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
  15. Demonstrating a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and organization of products.
  16. Working independently and taking initiative to complete tasks.
  17. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects: As An Overnight Stocker At H-E-B, You Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Items For Extended Periods Of Time. Therefore, Having Good Physical Stamina And Strength Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: Overnight Stockers Are Responsible For Accurately Stocking Shelves And Ensuring That Items Are Properly Rotated And Organized. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That The Store Is Well-Stocked And Items Are Easily Located By Customers.

  • Time Management Skills: As An Overnight Stocker, You Will Be Working During The Night When The Store Is Closed. This Requires Excellent Time Management Skills To Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And Within The Designated Timeframe.

  • Ability To Work Independently: Overnight Stockers At H-E-B Often Work Independently During Their Shifts. This Requires Self-Motivation And The Ability To Work Without Direct Supervision.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Overnight Stocker, You Will Need To Communicate With Coworkers And Managers To Ensure That Tasks Are Completed And Any Issues Or Concerns Are Addressed. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills Are Important For This Role.
