- Greet and welcome customers to H-E-B in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all perishable products, including produce, meat, deli, and bakery items.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of perishable products, restocking as needed.
- Handle and rotate products according to company guidelines to prevent spoilage.
- Assist customers in selecting and finding specific perishable products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues related to perishable products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the perishables department.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.

Knowledge Of Perishable Products: A Qualified Perishables Representative At H-E-B Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Perishable Products Such As Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, And Dairy. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Quality, Handling, And Storage.
Customer Service Skills: As A Perishables Representative, It Is Important To Provide Excellent Customer Service To All Customers. This Includes Greeting And Assisting Customers, Answering Questions About Products, And Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns.
Food Safety And Sanitation: H-E-B Places A High Importance On Food Safety And Sanitation. A Qualified Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Proper Food Handling Procedures, As Well As Be Able To Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Environment.
