4. Educate customers on H-E-B pharmacy services and products.
5. Accurately and efficiently process prescription orders and maintain proper documentation.
6. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold H-E-B's standards of excellence.
9. Continuously expand knowledge of pharmacy products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
10. Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures to protect customers, staff, and inventory.
11. Assist in inventory management and ordering of pharmacy supplies.
12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Monitor and maintain customer records and confidentiality.
14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and pharmacy operations.
