Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess the quality of products and services to ensure that they meet the standards set by H-E-B and any applicable regulations
• Develop and maintain quality control protocols
• Use quality control software to ensure that products meet the standards
• Provide feedback to production teams on quality control
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality
• Monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Work with suppliers to ensure that quality standards are met
• Report on quality control activities and results to management
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation
• Create and implement quality control plans and procedures
• Train and mentor other quality control experts
