
Retail Media Operations Manager

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through effective retail media campaigns.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail media department, including budget management, campaign planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient execution of media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of retail media efforts.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve department goals.
- Manage relationships with external media partners and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates and insights on the performance of retail media operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Media Planning And Buying, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Media Platforms And Experience With Media Analytics And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Media Partners And Internal Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends And Consumer Behavior, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Targeted Media Strategies To Drive Sales And Brand Awareness.
