Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

This individual will be a key part of our team, providing ongoing Salesforce system support and a deep understanding of our current and future business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce, a desire to understand our business needs, and an ability to work both collaboratively and independently.To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; at least two years of experience with Salesforce administration; experience with Salesforce implementations and configuration; knowledge of Salesforce product and services; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.If you have the qualifications and the desire to join our team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide ongoing Salesforce system support to ensure system is running properly and efficiently.
2. Implement and configure Salesforce applications and services.
3. Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
4. Monitor Salesforce performance to ensure optimal efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with users, stakeholders, and other teams.
6. Develop process flows and diagrams to document data flows and business requirements.
7. Create and maintain Salesforce documentation.
8. Train and support users on Salesforce applications.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
10. Maintain data integrity and security.
