The ideal candidate will also have extensive knowledge of technical accounting principles and regulations, as well as a good understanding of financial software systems. Additionally, the Technical Accounting Manager should have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the accounting team in developing, implementing, and monitoring financial accounting systems and processes.
2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial information and enhance internal controls.
3. Stay current on technical accounting principles and regulations, as well as financial software systems.
4. Build relationships with all levels of the organization.
5. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure the highest standards of financial reporting.
6. Provide leadership and support to the accounting team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
7. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management.
8. Develop procedures and processes for the accounting team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
9. Monitor and review accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize performance.
