Truck Driver

Records all hours of service performed, as required by DOT. Maintains mule / tractor / trailer equipment in accordance with prescribed preventive maintenance schedule. Completes all required documents for load transporting, including vendors, store deliveries, bills of lading, etc. Monitors, documents, and controls refrigerated commodities requiring specific temperature settings / readings. Maintains responsibility for content and condition of cargo / commodity / product within trailer; ensures all cargo is secured. Unloads trailer at Store deliveries. Adheres to accountability methods of receiving all products as purchased / loaded onto the trailer at pick-up time from vendor. Maintains status as a qualified driver in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR). Performs Delivery Driver and Local Driver duties.
