eCommerce Operations Specialist
This position demands working at a fast pace, fresh thinking, and an ability adjust quickly based upon learnings. Assist with the management of eCommerce businesses by providing support to the Hallmark Digital team in the areas of distribution, retail execution, order reporting/tracking, and ad hoc projects as needed. Be responsible for accurately capturing reports to maintain tools and planning processes for forecasting, inventory reservation, and operational readiness. Coordinate communication and action plans to support season and date-driven event readiness and product availability expectations Enable speed, accuracy, and flexibility in the eCommerce Operations organization. Accurately and efficiently input and coordinate inventory needs across systems to execute distribution plan.
2+ years of leadership experience (professional or extracurricular)
