
Director Shopper Marketing & Planning
Develop annual marketing and communication plans. Collaborate with vendors and merchants to provide comprehensive packages and programs to drive customer conversion and vendor income. Discover and utilize customer insights to build impactful programs consistent with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Partner with Creative & Media to develop channel strategies and leverage media and marketing assets. Coordinate the execution of all vendor programs with cross functional marketing and merchandising team. Provide timely analysis of performance to vendors following activations. Lead sports marketing efforts with major partners within NFL, NHL, MLS and collegiate programs. Develop customer engaging PR and store activation programs tied to build the brand and business.
Familiarity with brand fundamentals and retail acumen
8+ years work experience in marketing or merchandising, brand or retail.
Combination of brand/CPG and retail marketing experience is a plus
