Job Description

This role will have the opportunity to shape programs and deliver significant business and brand building results. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen to understand key levers that can unlock profitable growth. Analyze performance of programs to fuel future investments and transparent partnerships. Collaborate with vendors and merchants to provide comprehensive packages and programs to drive customer conversion and vendor income. Discover and utilize customer insights to build impactful programs consistent with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Partner with Creative & Media to develop channel executions across marketing assets. Coordinate the execution of all vendor programs with cross functional marketing and merchandising team. Provide timely analysis of performance to vendors following activations.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years work experience in marketing or merchandising, brand or retail.

  • Combination of brand CPG and retail marketing expertise

  • Familiarity with brand fundamentals and retail acumen
