  1. Oversee and manage the Behavioral Health Services department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care and services provided to patients.
  3. Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Utilize knowledge and understanding of behavioral health services to ensure the department meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.

  10. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in behavioral health services to inform decision-making and improve patient care.
  11. Represent the department and the organization at various meetings, conferences, and events.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives, staff, and external partners.
  13. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the department and the organization.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  15. Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Henry Ford Health System in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Behavioral Health Services Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With A Diverse Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Accreditation Standards For Behavioral Health Services.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Strategic Planning, Financial Management, And Program Development For Behavioral Health Services.
