  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with scheduling appointments.
  3. Maintain a professional and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for patients and visitors.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  5. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect necessary co-payments or payments for services rendered.
  6. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered accurately in the system.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to patients.
  8. Maintain patient records and handle all related paperwork in a confidential and secure manner.
  9. Assist in resolving patient complaints or concerns, escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  10. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and technology.
  11. Collaborate with team members to improve clinic operations and enhance the patient experience.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  13. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any special needs or accommodations.
  14. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the clinic manager.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the healthcare facility, promoting a positive and welcoming image to the community.
