Job Description

The Henry Ford Health System is seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Contact Center to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong managerial and organizational skills, and have a desire to lead a team of customer service professionals, then this is the perfect role for you!In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Contact Center, ensuring customer service excellence, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a minimum of five years of relevant leadership experience in a customer service environment, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a related field. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve and think proactively, and a passion for driving customer service excellence.
