Advanced Degree In Healthcare Management Or A Related Field: A Director Of Clinical & Social Health Integration At Henry Ford Health System Should Possess A Master's Degree In Healthcare Management, Public Health, Or A Related Field. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Lead And Manage The Integration Of Clinical And Social Health Services.
Extensive Experience In Healthcare Administration: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, With A Strong Background In Clinical And Social Health Services. This Experience Should Include Managing And Overseeing The Delivery Of Integrated Healthcare Services In A Complex Healthcare System.
