The Henry Ford Health System is seeking an experienced and passionate Leadership Development Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic consulting and program management support to help develop and implement leadership development programs and initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, program management, or organizational development. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.If you have a strong commitment to professional development and a passion for helping organizations create effective leadership programs, we want to hear from you!
