- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff entering the facility in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information and directions to patients and visitors as needed.
- Monitor lobby area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with managing the flow of traffic in and out of the facility to ensure a smooth and timely experience for all.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when handling inquiries, complaints, or concerns from patients and visitors.
- Follow established protocols for screening and admitting visitors and vendors according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the lobby area, reporting any suspicious or concerning behavior.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient and visitor needs, such as escorting patients to appointments or delivering packages.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and vendors entering and exiting the facility.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Lobby Services Attendant At Henry Ford Health System Must Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Educational Qualifications.
