Valid Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant License In The State Of Michigan.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Hematology Or Oncology.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies.
Certification From A Recognized National Certification Board In Hematology Or Oncology.
