4. Monitor and record vital signs of patients, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
5. Assist with patient positioning and comfort measures during labor and delivery.
6. Perform basic medical procedures, such as administering medications and starting IVs.
7. Monitor and document fetal heart rate and contractions during labor.
8. Assist with newborn care, including weighing, measuring, and bathing.
9. Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and newborn care.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
