Medical Degree: A Candidate For This Position Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Otolaryngology Residency: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Completed An Accredited Residency Program In Otolaryngology, Also Known As Ear, Nose, And Throat (Ent) Surgery.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified Or Eligible For Certification By The American Board Of Otolaryngology.
Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Otolaryngologist Is Preferred, With A Strong Track Record Of Successful Patient Care And Outcomes.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Otolaryngologist Will Work Closely With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Within The Henry Ford Health System.
