  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process by accurately collecting and verifying patient information.
  3. Explain registration procedures and answer any questions or concerns from patients and their families.
  4. Verify insurance coverage and collect any necessary co-pays or payments.
  5. Work closely with other healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely patient registration.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
  7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  8. Keep accurate records of patient information and update as needed.
  9. Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any registration or billing issues.
  12. Keep up-to-date with insurance changes and updates to ensure accurate billing.
  13. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay updated on policies and procedures.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
