
Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer
The Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Hewlett-Packard (HP) is a critical role in our organization. We seek a passionate, experienced and innovative leader to drive HP's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and create an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture. This individual will be a key member of HP’s executive leadership team, and will work closely with the company’s senior management to ensure a workplace that values the diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences of all employees. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as corporate leadership experience. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, or a related field • Proven track record of developing and executing successful diversity, equity and inclusion strategies • Ability to effectively communicate diversity and inclusion initiatives to stakeholders • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to diversity, equity and inclusion • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
