The Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Hewlett-Packard (HP) is a critical role in our organization. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, or a related field • Proven track record of developing and executing successful diversity, equity and inclusion strategies • Ability to effectively communicate diversity and inclusion initiatives to stakeholders • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to diversity, equity and inclusion • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
