
Consumer Sales Support Analyst
We at Hewlett-Packard/HP are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Consumer Sales Support Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and technical support for HP's consumer product line. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong customer service background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to think analytically and problem solve in order to find the best solution for our customers. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Knowledge of HP products and services is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support for HP's consumer product line.

- Remain up to date on industry trends and new product releases.
- Assist with the implementation of customer service initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
