- Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with clients and vendors on behalf of Hewlett-Packard/HP.
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal and business requirements.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation, Preferably In A Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Legal Terms And Conditions, As Well As Industry-Specific Contract Language.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Handle Multiple Negotiations Simultaneously.
