Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in hyperconverged infrastructure technology, and make recommendations for its implementation within the company.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to hyperconverged infrastructure.
Train and educate team members and clients on the features and benefits of hyperconverged infrastructure solutions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Hyperconverged Infrastructure Technology: The Hci Specialist Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Components Of Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Including Software-Defined Storage, Virtualization, And Networking.
Experience With Hp Hardware And Software: This Role Requires Experience Working With Hp Servers, Storage Systems, And Software Such As Hp Oneview And Hpe Simplivity.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving: The Hci Specialist Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Including Performance And Availability Problems.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As Part Of A Larger Team, The Hci Specialist Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Other It Professionals, As Well As Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Relevant Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Industry Certifications, Such As Hpe Master Ase - Hybrid It Solutions Architect Or Hpe Atp - Hybrid It Solutions V1, To Demonstrate Their Expertise In Hyperconverged Infrastructure And Hp Technologies.
