Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize the supply chain network and drive operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough analysis of current logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
Monitor market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve logistics processes.
Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction measures.
Communicate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Stay updated on regulations and compliance requirements related to logistics operations.
Train and educate team members on logistics processes and procedures.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to management.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting for logistics operations.
Act as a subject matter expert on logistics operations and provide guidance to other departments.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Logistics And Network Analysis, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Advanced Excel Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles And Logistics Processes.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Present Findings To Senior Management.
