NPI Sourcing Manager

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for new product introductions (NPI) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify potential suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure their capability to meet HP's quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to ensure that supplier capabilities align with product requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to continuously improve sourcing strategies and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications and ensure alignment with supplier capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in the NPI sourcing process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Communicate and report regularly to senior management on sourcing progress, potential risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Mentor and train junior sourcing team members to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Multiple Sourcing Projects Simultaneously.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Npi (New Product Introduction) Processes And Supply Chain Management.
