Serve as the primary point of contact for PLM Windchill solutions within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions using PLM Windchill.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PLM Windchill functionality and capabilities.
Design and implement PLM Windchill solutions that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
Lead the development and implementation of PLM Windchill best practices and standards.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of PLM Windchill.
Monitor and analyze PLM Windchill performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PLM Windchill technology to provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful PLM Windchill implementation and integration.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Mentor and train junior team members to build their PLM Windchill expertise.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Plm And Windchill Implementation And Support.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Windchill Architecture, Data Models, And Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Custom Business Solutions For Plm Using Windchill.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
