Utilize your expertise in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing to manage all billing and invoicing processes at Hewlett-Packard/HP
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the billing and invoicing processes by conducting thorough data analysis and identifying any discrepancies or issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data to support decision-making and drive process improvements
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP BRIM to continuously improve processes and systems
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks related to billing and invoicing processes
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of billing and invoicing processes and procedures
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing, escalating to appropriate parties when necessary
Provide training and support to team members on SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sap Brim (Formerly Known As Hybris Billing) Implementation And Support.
Strong Understanding Of Billing Processes And Procedures In A Convergent Invoicing Environment.
Knowledge Of Sap Convergent Charging And Sap Convergent Invoicing Modules.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues.
