  1. Design and implement storage solutions for clients, utilizing cutting-edge technology and products.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest storage technology trends and advancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of storage solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to storage systems.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and performance tuning of storage systems.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for storage solutions and processes.
  9. Participate in product testing and evaluation to ensure quality and performance.
  10. Assist in pre-sales activities, such as creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve storage processes and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements related to storage technology.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on storage technology and processes.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of storage products.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote storage solutions and services.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Storage Technologies: A Storage Specialist At Hp Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Storage Technologies Including San, Nas, And Cloud Storage. They Should Also Be Familiar With Storage Management Tools And Protocols.

  • Experience With Hp Storage Solutions: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience With Hp's Storage Products Such As Hpe 3Par, Hpe Nimble Storage, And Hpe Storeonce. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Company's Offerings And Can Effectively Troubleshoot Any Issues.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Storage Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Storage Issues. They Should Have The Ability To Analyze Data, Diagnose Problems, And Come Up With Effective Solutions In A Timely Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Role Of A Storage Specialist At Hp Requires Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Engineering, And Customer Support. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Collaborate Effectively With These Teams And Provide Timely Updates To Stakeholders.

  • Relevant Certifications: Hp Values Candidates Who Have Relevant Certifications Such As Hpe Master Ase Storage Solutions Architect, Hpe Ase - Storage Solutions Integrator V2, Or Hpe Atp - Storage Solutions V3.
