Job Description

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical research trials under the supervision of physicians and researchers.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper protocol and procedures are followed throughout the research process.
  3. Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant information to support the research objectives.
  4. Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria.
  5. Coordinate and schedule study visits and procedures for participants.
  6. Collect, record, and maintain accurate and detailed data and documentation related to the research.
  7. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and protocols for ethical approval.
  8. Communicate with study participants and their families to provide information and answer questions about the research.
  9. Maintain inventory and ordering of necessary supplies for the research.
  10. Attend and participate in research team meetings and provide updates on progress.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to research.
  12. Continuously monitor and report any adverse events or safety concerns to the research team.
  13. Contribute to the writing and preparation of research reports and publications.
  14. Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in the field of clinical research.
  15. Demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the medical field and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare

  • Prior Experience In A Clinical Research Setting, Including Knowledge Of Research Methodology And Data Collection Methods

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals And Research Participants

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Data Management Systems Commonly Used In Clinical Research, Such As Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems And Statistical Analysis Software.
