
Front Office Assistant
At HOAG, we are looking for an organized, customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, the Front Office Assistant will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least two years of customer service experience, be experienced with Microsoft Office, and have experience with scheduling and appointment management. Additionally, they should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.We are looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
