We are looking for an experienced, organized, and highly analytical team member to join our team as a HOI Periop Resource Analyst at Hoag. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for healthcare operations, an eye for detail, and an ability to think critically in order to support the organization’s mission of providing quality patient care.The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, analysis, and evaluation of perioperative operations throughout Hoag. This includes managing the daily operations of the perioperative services, facilitating the development and implementation of new initiatives, and performing data analysis to improve the efficiency and quality of care delivery.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of healthcare operations management experience. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with data analysis and reporting, project management, and experience in a perioperative setting. The successful candidate must also be highly organized, analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
