- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address training and development needs for employees.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
