1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
3. Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
4. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
5. Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
6. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address training and development needs for employees.
