Responsibilities:

1. Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system as dictated by physicians.
2. Assist physicians during patient exams and treatment by retrieving patient files, providing medical instruments, and taking notes in the patient's record.
3. Ensure accuracy of medical charts and documents.
4. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
5. Respond to inquiries from physicians and other healthcare staff regarding medical records and patient information.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
